Beloy partners with QBE to power embedded insurance for Salary Sacrifice EV programmes in the UK
Mar 10, 2026

• Beloy collaborates with QBE to deliver motor insurance capacity for its digital-first Salary Sacrifice embedded insurance solution.
• Partnership strengthens Beloy’s ability to scale compliant, data-driven EV mobility programmes for OEMs, funders and lease brokers.
Beloy, the embedded insurance infrastructure platform, today announced a strategic partnership with multinational insurer QBE to support the growth of Salary Sacrifice electric vehicle (EV) programmes across the UK.
Through the collaboration, QBE will underwrite motor insurance delivered via Beloy’s digital-first embedded insurance solution, enabling partners to offer a seamless Salary Sacrifice experience that combines vehicle leasing, maintenance, breakdown cover and insurance into a single bundled monthly price.
Beloy’s platform provides real-time quoting, policy lifecycle management and automated data exchange designed to simplify operations for partners. Once a vehicle is selected and the journey is completed, insurance premiums are locked in for the full lease duration – typically between 24 and 48 months – with pricing individually rated based on driver and vehicle risk profiles.
Vikas Chhariya, Founder & CEO of Beloy, said:
“Salary sacrifice continues to play a key role in evolving customer behaviour towards electric vehicles, and Beloy is ideally positioned to support this shift through compliant and financially sustainable insurance infrastructure. Our partnership with QBE represents a major step forward in scaling embedded insurance across mobility ecosystems. Their longstanding reputation in motor insurance, combined with a strong commitment to innovation and underwriting excellence, makes them the ideal partner to help accelerate EV adoption in the UK.”
Jon Dye, Director of Underwriting, Motor, QBE Europe, said:
“We’re pleased to partner with Beloy at a time when interest in salary sacrifice schemes is growing rapidly. Beloy’s expertise in embedded insurance and ability to deliver scalable, compliant and customer-centric solutions made them a natural fit to provide smarter, more accessible insurance that supports the shift to EVs.”
The collaboration reinforces Beloy’s broader mission to modernise insurance distribution through embedded technology, helping businesses launch scalable mobility programmes that align with sustainability goals while reducing operational complexity.
